Frequently Asked Questions
faq-img1Car detailing really isn’t defined by one single process but is instead a term that covers a wide variety of techniques and products which, to get the best results, require considerable skill to apply.
faq-img1According to Auto Trader choosing professional auto detailing services performed on your vehicle can increase its monetary value significantly. Regularly scheduled maintenance is highly recommended as it further enhances its value. Read trade-in advice found on Auto Trader below:

“If you have a little bit of extra money, a comprehensive professional detailing can enhance your car’s exterior significantly and, at the end of the day, you might just end up making more money from the trade-in as a result.”

“Put yourself in the dealer’s shoes – an engine that looks clean gives the impression the car has received plenty of TLC under the hood during its lifetime.”

Depending on how busy we are, we advice that you book your appointment from 24 hours to a week.
It depends on which package you choose for example (2 hrs for headlight restoration and up to 2 days for a Premium Detailing Package)
faq-img1Unfortunately, this is the toughest smell of any to neutralize. Due to the odor absorbing into all of the cloth and upholstery, it needs to be fully extracted and rigorously cleaned. The process we recommend is a Full Interior Detail supplemented by our Bio-C Vaportek Treatment.
faq-img1Bio-C Vaportek Treatment is the most effective method we have found to date for neutralizing smoke odor. We also highly recommend a Full Interior Detail to thoroughly cleanse the Interior prior to the Vaportek to best eliminate the smell.
    Three distinct benefits to Vaportek:
    1. The removal of odors including severe odors such as tobacco
    2. Sanitize the interior of the vehicle including the air-conditioning system
    3. 100% Natural
faq-img1This question is met by a detailer on a very frequent basis. A valeter may get your car clean by typically spending an hour or less on it and a bodyshop may quickly run a polisher over your car to remove a few marks, but neither can be classified as detailing

A few of the differences a professional detailer brings to improving your car include:

    • Knowledge – a technical understanding of every aspect of a car’s finish (we have many of experience)
    • Equipment – state of the art products combined with many €1000’s worth of equipment
    • Time – a typical detail can take anywhere from 10 to 30 or more hours of labour to complete
    • Aftercare – being willing and able to provide extensive after service support
    • Paint protection – not only knowing how to improve the look but also ensuring that it stays that way
    • Results driven – we produce guaranteed high quality results for a fixed price and are not time limited

faq-img1Be sure to remove all miscellaneous items out of the vehicle, including the glove box (no insurance or registration required), trunk area, center console, and any storage compartment throughout the interior.  Please remove any item that you deem valuable that you would like not thrown away. The other is to be sure to note any key trouble spots, both mechanically and cosmetically, to relay to our staff. This will help us gauge areas that you would like us to focus, or areas that we need to be careful servicing.
We request payment be made upon pickup of the vehicle. We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with the final product prior to payment.
